Celebrating the 2026 Jonathan Hauck Memorial Scholarship Recipients   

Congratulations to the 2026 Jonathan Hauck Memorial Scholarship recipients, Lucas Read and Tyler McDonald-Hoffman!

Established by the Kanata Baseball Association, this $500 scholarship honours the legacy of Jonathan Hauck, a dedicated Kanata Little League player who embodied hard work, commitment and community spirit.

The scholarship supports KBA members pursuing post-secondary education. To be eligible, applicants must:

• Have spent a minimum of four years with KBA
• Be entering a year of post-secondary education
• Demonstrate involvement in extracurricular activities and community service

These criteria reflect the qualities that made Jonathan such a valued member of our baseball community and the importance KBA places on both education and giving back.

Lucas and Tyler, your achievements, dedication and commitment to KBA make you wonderful recipients of this scholarship. We are proud to recognize your contributions to our league and wish you both every success as you continue your educational journeys.
