Umpire Overview
Umpires within Kanata Baseball are required to take training.
| To umpire Little League games: | An umpire must take training in each of the first two years of service. Umpires will not be asked to officiate games where its players are the same age or older than the umpire. |
| To umpire OBA games: | An umpire must take training every year to remain qualified as an OBA umpire. Level of training and experience dictate which divisions an umpire may officiate. |
Payment for league games is issued by cheque at the following times - 1) the first week of July (after the Spring season) 2) the first week of September (after the Summer season).
