Coaches Needed

Are you looking for an opportunity to share your love of baseball with the next generation?

Kanata Baseball offers many opportunities for parents to get involved with our game. Coaching is an important role that helps shape our players' appreciation of the fun, sport, friendships, and competition baseball offers.

**Coach Training is offered** See "Training" tab under "Coaches" in main menu.

Volunteering to coach is easy:

• Click "Register" on the menu.
• Log in or create a new account for your family (always create your account first, and then add family members to your profile)
• Select "Coach/Staff Registration"
• Follow the prompts to select the division you would like to coach ("Little League..." or "Initiation/Rookie")
• Sign the waivers section
• Submit your application

A member of the programs committee or a convener will contact you to describe next steps. We ask that all coaches complete an introductory on-line course from the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). Many other training opportunities are available.
