Creating Assignments
Assignments are a way to have members of your team prepared to do something different from the ordinary at an event such as:
- arrive at a different time
- be assigned to a special group
- have an in-session assignment such as scorekeeping, safety officer, bench boss, etc.

| From the Ramp Team App, select your event by tapping on the date or time. |

| You see the details of your event now. |

| Scroll to the bottom of the event where you will find “Add Assignment” |
|
| Enter a name for your assignment in the text box at the top. This can be something like “Group 1”, “Snack Duty”, “Scorekeeping”, etc and then select the individuals in the assignment. |

| Scroll down to the bottom and tap on “Save Assignment” |
